Can I really look like THAT?

Was watching some of the videos on YouTube for people who saw results with P90X. My previous experience with losing a lot of weight was I had a lot of loose skin around my abdomen that I thought a tummy tuck would be necessary for. I used to weigh 260, and had been down to a flat tummy 135ish. (Now I'm back to 200, but I'm working on that)
IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE TO LOSE THE WEIGHT WITHOUT THE LOOSE SKIN???? THOUGHTS ANYONE? If so, what's the secret?

I really want to hear or I guess read what everybody has to say, because I have a jiggly belly that no matter how much wieght I lost it never tightened.0

I am not a user of P90X, but it seems like a lot of people here have gotten some really impressive results from using it.0

It uses the basis of HIIT and strength training. You could probably find an exercise list online somewhere and try it out.0

I would be willing to do a round of P90X just to prove that it wont change my skin issue. That some people have it, and some people wont. I did everything right while losing, drank water ( tons) strength training, weights, lost slowly, and STILL have tons of lose skin. Some people have it, some do not, you wont know till you do it and see what your results are.0

I've always read that if you lose the weight way too fast, your skin doesn't have time to adjust to the fat that's missing - another reason 2 pounds a week is the maximum recommended and water intake is very important. I don't know just how true that is though. I started at 275, and have been dreading loose skin also.0

I have some loose skin after losing weight slowly, drinking water etc. I've never done P90X, but I do interval cardio and strength training several times a week. The skin on my tummy is not very noticable when I'm standing up, but I just have to take the "plank" position at the gym and look down to see it hanging in there (haha). And I have little 'wing' under my arms that don't go away with weight training (and I lift quite heavy). I suppose it depends on your age and how elastic your skin is. I'm not convinced a program like P90X would fix my skin flaps. And that's okay. I've made peace with the fact that my abs are hiding behind it0
