I'm also a new member--my motivation for joining is to really get on track with my fitness. I am hoping to get stronger, leaner, and feel empowered by prioritizing my health. I also want to eat better for my immunity's sake and to just have more energy. I've been steadily working on these things for the past few months, but my fitness has really been pumped up lately and I'm proud of myself for that!

I am interested in psychology, life coaching, professional sports, spirituality, animals/nature, and general well-being. I have a graduate degree in psychology, pursuing a doctorate and also working on my life coach certification- I love helping people! I'm originally from Philadelphia and I am a HUGE philly sports phanantic! Hoping to make some friends so we can motivate each other. My ultimate goal is to eventually be fit enough to run a marathon!
