Just restarted using the journal after about 6 months.....i find that trackiing what you eat is very helpful...i started tracking what i ate 2 years ago and los 20 lbs.i did it on a spreadsheet ,nothing fancy ,just started adding what i ate,what i execersized ,blood pressure ....my doctor was impressed with my results.Now i will bring him reports from this program.
