I want to lose 10lbs so I can be fit before I get pregant

I have been married for 4 years.

My husband and I are doing IVF (yes, injections). My goal is to lose 10 lbs. Injections do make you gain weight --- about 15 - 20lbs so I've heard.

It's hard to lose the last 10lbs. Anyway, wish me luck.

doughnuts
soda
campbells condensed soup (salt, lots of salt)
icecream - dove, ben and jerry's
hotdogs, deli meat, bologna, etc...
pizza loaded with cheese and meat
hamburgers
french fries, tater tots
candy
cookies

sweet potatoes
grape tomatoes
broccoli
1% milk
salmon
brown rice
tofu
citrus fruit
squash
spinach
