Calculating Biggest Loser DVD's

I have asked this questions before and found most people chalk up these DVD's to "Aerobics" either high-impact or general. I don't have a heart rate monitor so how do I know if I am entering accurate calories burned? I just completed the Power Sculpt warm up + level 1 + Cardio Max Level 1 .....does burning over 300 calories w/ both DVD's sound right???

I've done the Last Chance Workout DVD and burned about 500 cals in 30 mins. My HRM is set up with my personal specs so the cals I burned might not be what someone else would burn. If you're in the market for a HRM, I have a Sportline watch purchased from Wal-Mart for under $30. I love it and will not workout without it.0
