Hi all,
I've been using the myfitnesspal app on my tablet but today is the first time on the website and board.
A little about myself:
I'm a 47 year old single mother of 2; a teenage son and a 22 year old daughter.
I co-own an online wedding magazine, FrugalBride.com Inc and second shoot weddings with my best friend of 33 years, Judy.
Anyway, onto the reason why I'm here...
I weighed 115lbs 5 years ago and then I quit smoking and took up eating as a hobby. I eat myself to 175lb.
January 1, 2010 I decided to lose some weight.
From Jan-Mar. I did a 1300 calorie per diet and lost 10lbs
From Apr-Jul. I did a 80% Raw diet and lost 20lbs
From Jul-present I've maintain my current weight of 145
It's January 2011 and time to lose the last 20lbs. I've decided to incorporate a bit of the Raw/Veggie/Calorie counting into my new plan. Exercising is where I need the most help. I hate it!
