6 Week Challenge

Hi all...so i was doing really well and was super motivated and the last couple of weeks i just can't seem to get it together. It's cold, it's winter, the holidays hit, and my motivation is GONE! Well i have a wedding to be in March 19th and I am setting new goals. I would like to start a 6 week challenge with anyone who wants to join in.

Challenge to include:

* Working out at least 5 times a week
* Eating 5-6 small balanced meals a day
* Eating no processed foods
* Taking 20 minutes 3 times a week to practice breathing exercises
* Weigh-in Tuesdays and Saturdays each week to check progress
* Goal loss of 10-15 lbs in this time frame
