I'm not trying to lose a lot of weight, just trying to get back into shape and make good habits while I'm still young. I'm also in culinary school, so it's important to me to work out more and keep track of what I eat since a lot of what we make in class is not the most healthy food in the world. Oh, and I have sort of phased out eating meat, but I'm still not too sure how to replace the proteins, I know peanut butter is good but if anyone knows of anything else that would be very helpful. Thank you all!
