Just getting started - LOVE the food and exercise tracking!

I am on my second day of logging my 'stuff' on this site, but finishing my second week of my personal challenge to loose weight, get healthy and live a more balanced life. I have eliminated sugars except for fruit, caffeine, alcohol, wheat, corn, soy (except for a tsp of organic tamari sauce occasionally), and have FINALLY gotten into an exercise routine. I am working on learning how to meditate and do yoga but I don't like either at this point - which is probably an indication that I should work on them.

I really like tracking my food. I always thought of Organic EV Olive Oil as a 'freebie' - you know, eat as much as you want - and I have been eating healthy for some time and still gaining weight. I can see how portion control MATTERS and even good oils add up fast in calories. I've lost a total of 10 lbs in the last two weeks and can feel the difference now, but still have lingering headaches either from eating a detoxifying diet &/or continued caffeine withdrawals. I am looking forward to feeling as good as I am going to look!
