Hi, Name's Renee :)

After hurting my knee(thankfully not too bad, bad sprain and a ruptured baker cyst, could've been much worse), with my asthma, I decided time to lose weight, but was waiting til my knee felt better. . well, got real sick with a bug at thanksgiving, dropped 10 lbs, started creeping back up, and recently after seeing a highschool friend using this site, decided now was better than ever.

My problem is a lot of my 'exercise' is hard to deduce what kind of calories. . I work at a boarding kennel on Sunday, but work the desk all week long. . my calorie burn is higher on Sunday, but not sure how to account for that, just know i dropped 2 lbs last Sunday after working. .LOL.

My other excercise that I do every weekend during warm months is straight racing with my dogs. . it entails 200 yard runs for the dogs, and the few weekends I wore a pedometer, it equated to 16-24 miles. .. but have no idea how to fit that into the excercise part.

Right now, my main exercise is walking. . .until I strengthen the knee. . went for my first walk since my injury yesterday, 2+ miles, felt good, tho knee is owie today :P not bad, just sore.

Any help on figuring that out, would be much appreciated, dropped almost 9 lbs total from November, with 5 since i started just watchign what i ate 8 days ago, so I'm very tickled!
