New to online, mainly use on itouch app

Hello everyone! This is my first time going online since starting MFP. I have been using it for alomst 2 weeks now. I track every bite that goes into my mouth:) Not great at tracking the water but I do drink it- lots!!!! I'm a new running. I started running back in Oct 2010 and now completed in 2 5k's and training for my first 1/2 and 10k! But next month. I have only lost 3.6 to date. Not bad, but with as much running i do you would think I would loss more. I can say I do not eat my exercise cal. I just don't see how how eating every cal I just burned will help me loss. I do try to eat more if my body tells me to a day before or after a long run. 9 miles or more. I would love to find others to chat with. My husband is also on MFP but he does not track like I he just eats what I cook him and pack him for lunch so I know what he is eating:)
