Last 10 Pounds.. HELP..

I joined today to see if anyone out there has there last 10 pounds to lose? I have been carrying this around for a year now and dont seem to go anywhere. Ive gotten some idea of upping my Cardio but I do Jullian Michaels 30 min. 3-4 days a week and I cant see myself going for an hr. I eat good and still seem to be in a rut. If anyone has any idea of what to do please HELP..

    There is a whole long list of things that you might have to change and then again maybe only a couple. The last ten are the most difficult if you go about it the wrong way. Each eating/exercise strategy only gets you so far and then it's time to make a change or four. So, that being said....

    What is your exercise schedule like?

    Are you doing weight/resistance training?

    When was the last time you switched that up?

    Are you eating clean?

    Are you/have you been eating your exercise cals?

    What is your deficit set for on MFP?
