Have any of you ladies ever gone to Curves? I joined 2 weeks ago with my sister and really enjoy it. I go as soon as they open at 5:30 and I am home by 6:15 with a great 30 min. circuit training workout in before my family is even awake. I suggest giving it a try if you have one in your area.

    I went once w/ my friend as a guest it was fun! lol I did the running man on those little free style things and we laughed so much we had a hard time finishing! but I did feel it!

    Do you mind me asking how much it costs per month? Do you have to sign a time committment like a year or what. Their website doesn't give too much information.

    Right now they are having a 30 day fitness study so if you sign up before June 20 its $30 for 30 days. I havnt found out what the monthly fee is yet but I will be there Monday and will find out and let you know.

    I feel like a commercial saying this, lol, but, I not only was a member of Curves, I eventually worked there as a fitness tech.
    It didn't pay much at all, but, I did get to work out for free whenever I had the time.
    I loved it, though I found that after a while, it did a job on my knees. I also should add that an awful lot of the members ended up having knee problems too, and either dropped out, or got out of their contracts with a Dr's note due to medical reasons.
