Hi All,
I just started using MyFitnessPal a couple of weeks ago. I have not added any friends, but I think it would be great to have the support of persons on a similar journey! Please add me!
I lost 24 lbs from July-October 2011 by simply eating healthier and going for daily walks, when the snow came the exercise stopped and so did the weight loss.. I have managed to continue most of the eating habit changes that I have made and I managed to keep the weight off for the most part- fluctuating 5 lbs up and down. At the beginning of December I joined a gym and have since been exercising regularily. I am back on track and would like to lose another 10-15 lbs. I have struggled with my weight since I can remember, but I feel like I finally have control. I have lost weight in the past, but have not managed to keep it off as my efforts were too extreme to sustain. The weight loss that I have experienced since July has been at a healthy pace, and I have truly changed my eating habits and lifestyle to become a healthier version of myself! Any and all support would be wonderful.
