Restaurants and Sodium

was out running errands today and while hubby and I were out we stopped at a popular mexican restaurant for lunch... I knew what to stay away from and what would be the healthier choices.. Chips and salsa were sent back to kitchen, so far so good. I selected Grilled Mahi tacos and black beans. Seemed smart... Now it has been ages since we have gone to a restaurant since I started MFP..but seriously a few bites and all I could taste was SALT..SALT.. I drank three tall glasses a water and left 2/3 uneaten. When the waiter asked if my food was ok, I was honest I told him that it over salted. He agreed that their food ranked high as high sodium. I usually check on the nutrional info before chosing a restaurant , unfortunately not this one..
