Anyone else trying to maintain??

Hello there!
So l am not brand new to myfitnesspal. I am just shy of 27 and I teach full-time and take classes at night. I love to walk my dog and that is how we both get our exercise I started with this site during the summer (July I think) looking for a way to help me maintain my recent weight loss. Since then I have gone up and down (never above 120) and currently I am down 8 lbs since I joined this site. I have been feeling a little down recently about my inconsistency with maintaining my goal weight (115). I know it is normal to fluctuate (+/-2lbs) but I just seem to be fluctuating a bit more than that. I am a shortie (pushin 5"4') so whether I over indulge or under indulge, it shows up quickly. Is there anyone out there in a similar situation?? I am not unhappy with my weight, just the fact that I can't seem to stay within a few lbs of my goal weight. Thanks in advance for sharing
