I've just started to make a real effort to get healthy. I start week 3 of the Couch to 5K program tomorrow, and have been using this site to keep track of my calories. I'm 4'11" and started off weighing 160 lbs. My goal weight is 115lbs, which will bring me to a healthy BMI.
I've been nosing around the message boards, and it seems like a very supportive place! And the site itself is, well, addictive! I'd love to make new "friends" on here. So please add me. In particular, I would love to befriend other petite women (who face similar work out challenges), and potential work out partners. Feel free to add me, even if don't fall into one of those categories - the more support, the better!
