OMG, jennylynn, soooo yummy! I haven't bought apples in awhile but I seriously love that as a snack! I'm loving just some plain ol' wheat thins dipped in hummus... also pretzels dipped in nonfat yogurt or just by themselves (I know it's a waste of calories so I'd stopped buying pretzels but I missed them so I keep them on hand when I get a craving)0

Mine is basically any fruit or Fit and Active wild berry fruit crisps. When I need to boost my calories and I want to treat myself I like either frozen yogurt or a 1/2 cup of ice cream.0

Strawberries and vanilla greek yogurt. I use an Australian brand Mundella, which is so good. It feels like your having strawberries and cream, a real indulgence, but it works out very reasonably in actual calories. Yum!0

Now you guys are all making me hungry!!!!
I better go do my workout.:laugh:0 -
I'm absolutely addicted to my Graze boxes. (www.graze.com) I think they're a diet saver! I get a lot of stick from my friends for having them delivered, but I reckon it's worth the money to make sure I always have something healthy in my bag in case I need a snack while I'm out and about.
I know they have an advert on the site already, but if anyone wants a code for a free box and a half price one (I get a half price box for anyone that signs up using my code!), just send me a message and I'll send you my code.
Happy dieting everyone!

I also like to top warm blueberries with a 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt, 2 tbsp grapenuts and a dash of cinnamon
I use frozen BB's, but you can use fresh. It's good w/other fruits too
Tonight I discovered Vita Top -- Deep Chocolate.......Oh-my-god! It's heavenly...............and I previously had decided to only have something like this every now and then. Now, I'm thinking maybe I won't feel so deprived if I had a tiny bit of dark chocolate each day, it'd be a healthier way to indulge rather than an unhealthy out of control binge of a king-size candy bar or a big bowl of ice cream.0 -
1/4 cup of almonds with vanilla yogurt.
