Hello,
My name is Don. Yesterday my wife found this app in the iPhone app store. We had both started cutting calories on the 3rd of January.
Needless to say over the last 10 years I have put on about 60 lbs. My weight as of January 3, 2011 was 279 lbs - on January 10, 2011 my weight was 275. So I lost 4 pounds during my first week - woohoo.
I weigh on Monday mornings. My goal is to reach 225 lbs. I think 225 would be a good weight for me as I am 6'6" tall.
