New Goals and motivation!

Hello everybody, hope you got your workout in. I have been on again off again for the 1st time in a long time.Found this site a while back and really followed it, loving the info. and results then the holidays hit! I still worked out hard but the nutrition thing was OBLITERATED! well I hate to have New Years resolutions,I always try to do better! I am a Fit and Strong Firefighter, and I am just too heavy, I am 230# when I should be 210#. So let's just say "it's on!"

    Good luck! Feel free to add me for motivation. My goals for this year are to get down to 100 (from 118, currently) and to become more flexible and maybe- dare I say- fit rather than just thin :)

    not back to original start weight yet, but I am down 7 lbs. and should be back at 229lbs. by the weekend. waist is down 1.5 inches since being re-invigorated! all the cardio seems to be the kick in the pants program needed!
