A question regarding restaurant shifts

I worked a 4 hour shift at the restaurant this morning but don't want to claim '4 hours of walking, slow pace' because there was some standing around, polishing cutlery, etc... I am not sure how much to enter so I've entered an hour. I wouldn't enter it at all except I haven't worked a shift in about 3 weeks, so I figure it should count for something. When I'm working all the time, I don't bother to count it b/c my body is so used to doing it. Make sense? Am I off base??

What did you set your activity level at? If it's set at sedentary, you should log it, if it's set as something else, you shouldn't.0

I set it as sedentary, simply because my 'regular job' is a desk job and I am just now getting back into cardio on a regular basis. Once a couple of weeks has gone by, I will up my activity level to moderate. Thanks for you input!0
