Has anyone tried the Eat to Live diet. If so, how was it for you and did you lose weight? I am on Day 2 and dying!

    Ouch...the Eat to Live diet sounds Realllly difficult. Its so low in dietary fats I bet you're starving!! Ahh! It looks a liiiiiittle to much like a crash diet. And I'm not to sure about the reverse disease claim. Could be missleading.
