As a person who is constantly on the srtuggle to maintain a HEALTHY weight. I made my New Years Resolution to stay fit and enjoy my workouts more this time around. Anyone know of low cost FUN activities that can scorch those lbs away?

I like 30 Day Shred by Jillian Micheals and it was only $9 at wal mart! I also like walking and bike riding, and I love using the ellipticals at the gym! Now sure if any of that sounds fun to you, but I've enjoyed it so far!0

That all sounds great! Well everything except the bike riding. For some reason I just don't feel like I am working out hard enough or getting enough calories burned by doing that! But I have never tried the video. Do you really think it is worth buying??0
