Hello Everyone,
I would like to introduce myself.My name is Shelly I am a stay at home mother of one.Gradually over years I have let myself go and I have now decides it's time once again to loose the weight for good.

    And you've just reminded me with your comment, for some reason, that I need to clean up the kitchen before supper. It's a mess. lol Stay at home mom comment, I guess. I better get off my old bum and do something instead of sitting on here typing all day. :ohwell:
