Here is a before and after pic of me I posted it on my profile check it out. Havent fogured out how to post the pic on this link But I just want to share my success wth everyone. I am so thankful for all of you so far. I am not there yet but by valentines day I may be to my weight I want to be at woohoo. We shall see. I love you guys thanks for the continued support this site is awesome as heck and kicks *kitten*
