I have always wanted to ask if there were any other Latter Day Saint members on here that are also trying to get more healthy and lose weight? Would love to see!

    Me too! It's nice to find other ppl who have not only MFP in common but our faith too ;) Extreme diets, etc just don't fit with the word of wisdom, you know? And MFP promotes everything we all believe! It's great I think :D Feel free to add me:happy:

    I am and so is my sister (NikkiAirForceWife) and I'd love for other LDS members to add me as a friend. Getting ideas and support from people that have things in common really helps! Especially our faith and it's accompanying lifestyle.

    lol, so true! I've moved a ton in my life (grew up Air Force and then we've moved a lot in our marriage) and I feel lucky to always find friends wherever we go. Seems like there are quite a few of us LDS folks at MFP which is great!
