My first Triathalon

I did!! this is what started me on my weight lose journey, trainign for a triathalon. And today was the day and I did it!! 500m swim, 16km bike, 3km run, all in just under 1hr 30min. YAYAYAYA!!!!

I felt great after too, not nearly as tired as I thought I was going to be:blushing:

    YAY!!! I just did my first a few weeks ago!
    300 meter swim, 18 km bike and 3.2 km run (1hr, 32 min)
    You rock! On to my next one in July!
