First week down

Hi all-just gone through my first week with MFP what a difference. I have been continually motivated by the ability to track everything I put into my body! Its never easy to start getting back into shape but after my wife showed me this tool it has become so much easier. Its like running a budget except for calories! Already seen small results after first week is very motivating! Great to see so many people committed to better healthier lifestyles! Lets go.........
