how do you put photos on posts?

please help me with the above haha ^^^^ I want to know how to put photos like here

Upload your images to an image host website, such as http://www.photobucket.com (you have to be a member of this, but it's free to join), http://www.tinypic.com or htttp://www.imageshack.us by following the instructions on-screen on the website, then copy and paste the code which begins with [ img] (no spaces)
If the [ img] (both of them) is in capital letters, it must be changed to lowercase letters for it be able to work!
