Here's a link to an article I found about eggs. I eat two scrambled eggs for breakfast every morning that Im at work. On my days off I eat egg beaters but they are not an option at work. My problem is when I eat the 2 eggs at work I go over choleterol for the day. This article helped me out and I thought it might help someone else out.

Eggs are AWESOME! A great source of protein. I never worry about going over the cholesteral because I am healthy and active. Plus there is lethicin in the yokes which helps promote fat loss. PS I eat 2 whole eggs and one egg white every day 7 days a week and some days I eat eggs for lunch and dinner.
I LOVE MY EGGS :-}0
