I'm certainly looking for folks new my own age group to help me stay motivated, and, hopefully, to help motivate each other. I'm 54. Anyone else out there who are in their 50s? (Although I still act like a teenager much of the time LOL)

    I'm 50+ but a bit behind you! I"m finding I have to watch what I eat more and need to keep up with regular exercise. See you around!

    I'm 52 going on 25:) welcome, it's a little slower for those of us over the big 50, but have patience, it will happen. There is all kinds of support here, from all over the world, young, old, male and female. Welcome again and feel free to add me as a friend!:happy:
