Smoothie

Thought I'd share this recipe with you

Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 small ripe banana
140 g mixed berries
Apple juice/mineral water (optional)

Method

Slice banana into your blender
Add berries
Whizz until smooth
With blades whirring, pour juice or water in until it's a consistency you like
Pour into glass
Toss a few extra berries on top and serve

    Tried to add pic from photo bucket but must have done something wrong. It didn't work
  • I'm not a huge smoothie fan, but my husband loves them. I told him your idea of putting fruit juice in instead of milk - sounds good. Maybe I'd like it that way better, too. :)
