The Simone Cowland Trust is dedicated to helping people with Cystic Fibrosis and their families. We seek your support to raise much needed awareness and funds for the UK's most common life threatening inherited disease.

One of my best friends received lifesaving treatment from this trust and without it would not be here today. So am really looking forward to raising money for this very worthwhile charity.

Anyone else want to sign up and run for a charity ?

I would - but I already signed up to the BUPA 10K and I reckon it might do me in trying to run another one!

I was just looking at the website when a colleague of mine walked by, asking excitedly if i was running...Unfortunately i have no idea where i will be at that time of year, (I've got 4 weddings to attend in 5 weeks) around that time, so ill have to give it a miss..

Besides, i am on week 2 of the c25k program, doubt ill be able to train up on time
