New and need to lose 60lbs

Hi there!!

My name is Manda. I am 26 years old and was born in New Mexico. I got married a wonderful man in March 2007, then moved to Ohio. We have two pets (cat & iguana) but no kids.

The nitty gritty fact: I weigh 234 pounds and I'm 6'1" ft tall (that means I have a BMI of 31!!). Talk about a good kick in the pants - seeing those numbers was a reality check and is my motivation to get moving!

I'd love friends who have the same goals as me, so we can be each other's push to get healthier and loose that weight.

I know this process will be hard work, but it should be fun too!!

So..... ready set........... GO!
