Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to say hi to everyone and say how good I think this site is. I have only been using it for a week and it has already helped me lose 2 pounds. The food diary really helps you with your food choices. Lets hope I can maintain this weeks weight loss every week so I actually reach my target. Good luck everyone with your targets x

    I have also now been here a week and have lost, and its so great, normally I would have given up by now but I love the site and the motivation it brings :)

    Hi everyone! this is my second day on mfp. I wold like to reach a personal record of logging days. And lose weight of course!
