    congrats you look awesome! I'm just starting this trip down diet lane but my highest weight was 187ish too, I hope I have as much success as you!

    You can see the difference in your arms especially. I am hovering right around your original weight right now, so it was a good reminder of what I'll look like when I lose the weight (I used to be that small). Thanks for sharing.
