Has anybody started or tried this diet yet? I have seen it on Dr. Phil & The Drs. & they endorse it. Just wondering if anybody has had any success on it before I decide to order book, thanks

What if you try 'not dieting' first and see how that works for you:wink: MFP is great for logging your foods, workouts etc., it's got a ton of tools to help you succeed.

No need to 'diet' simply add in some daily exercise, and begin eating healthier foods. Save the money you'd spend on a book for a workout DVD, stretch bands, HRM (down payment lol), new workout gear, new workout shoes, trial gym membership. Or using the money instead on healthier food, new fruits or veggies you've not yet tried.

I can think of a long list of thing your 'diet book' money could go toward that you would find works far better, plus it'll KEEP the weight off as we all know 'diets' make ppl gain weight.

I am curious to hear from someone who knows more about it. I think that diets can be great way to get focused and get your head in the game. And MFP will help you stay on track when you're done dieting. Unfortunately, most diets just aren't healthy. But I always keep my eyes open for ones that make sense.
