To work out or not to work out!

SO I have been out of wack for a couple weeks. I had a tonsilectomy January 5th (Wednesday). I asked my doc last week when I could get back to working out. He said he wanted me to wait the 2 weeks. I want to get started already! Is 2 days really going to matter? So I was thinking of going to a yoga class tonight since it's not as intense as lets say cardio. What do you think?

I would do what the Dr says you don't want something to happen. Its just two more days Drs orders0

Is two days worth risking your health???? By going to a class you are going to expose yourself to maybe unnecessary germs and who knows what else. I say better to be safe than sorry.... its only two more days0

Maybe call the office to see and tell them its just yoga but if they say no then focus on eating right for the next two days and do light cleaning , knowing me I would probably do it though you'll feel better after a workout0
