Morning everyone!

I just discovered this site through a free iPhone app, and I've fallen in love! I can't believe how much it covers, and I was glad to see I can update from the internet or my phone.

I'm a married Christian from Canada, looking for inspiration and motivation, support and friends who are all on the same journey. Our body is our temple and we have to do our very best to take care of it. I have forgotten that lately.
