Hello Everyone!!

I'm 46 and somehow or another, I ended up about 25 lbs overweight. I have always worked out but nothing I have tried has worked. Atkins, aggressive workouts, no booze, everything fails! I started MFP 8 days ago and my weight has gone from 221 to 216 despite the fact that I have been unable to get below my daily calorie limit on any of the 8 days. Today might be the first day that I stay below my calorie limit because my new weight has me pretty motivated.
