Measuring myself is AWESOME!

So I started off with the plan of only measuring once a month. I started measuring on January 3rd. And on January 14th, I couldn't help it and measured myself just to see if there was any difference, totally expecting to be disappointed. I lost 5 inches!

1.5 inches off my waist, 0.5 off my hips, 2 (!) off my thighs, 0.5 off my biceps, 0.25 off of my wrists, and 0.25 off of my bust measurement.

WOW! And admittedly, the bust measurement is probably off, because my youngest weaned himself, and then wanted back on, and then weaned again, and we're going through a vicious cycle so I've been a little engorged.

I was just really proud of myself, and thought I would share.

Good! I'm happy for you! Especially since you are doing this while nursing a baby. I know that's not easy, as the little darlings like to pin you down in a chair all day :-)

I was wondering about the waist measurement.....do you measure at the smallest part of the waist....or right above the belly button?

It's about the same for me, but I measure the smallest part.
