How's everybody?
hey WEEKEND is here!!!!!
I'm doing great! I'm just counting wine in my calories...I try to eat and drink more slowly.
Tonight drank 2 glasses of delicious red!0 -
I have always had a rule about not drinking in the house . Despite being the manager of a wine shop for 4 years I've never had a bottle of wine in the house (unless it's a house/dinner party).
I do drink, but only when I go out to bars / clubs / restaurants
Maybe you could try that ?0 -
I also love a nice glass of wine. I tried to fit it into my calories and keep it in my life. But I have reached a place where I can't lose weight if I have alcohol in the picture, even if it fits into my calories. So when I get to maintenance, I will enjoy it again, but whil I'm in loss mode, I just can't do it, because it stalls out my efforts. :sad: There's another thread that describes the science behind why this is happening to me, but I just wanted to give you guys a heads up...0
