A little bit about me.
I'm Dawn Amelia
I'm 18,
At the moment I'm 5'6 weighing at 125 pounds. I know this is a healthy weight but I am not happy with my body but will want encouraging support to help me get to a figure where I'm happy.
I'm a pretty happy go girl and will help anyone needed and I wouldn't see myself a person who is quick to anger or upset.

It sounds to me that toning might be in order. Don't concern yourself with weight loss, but perhaps start a program like ChaLEAN Extreme, P90X or Insanity. You're in a healthy weight range... exercise and toning will help you be happier with your body.0

You do not need to lose any more weight. Don't worry about that. But you can be skinny and jiggly. You need to get toned. Try Jillian Michael's No More Trouble Zones. It's only about 10 dollars and she works all of those areas. She is amazing.0
