I am a 27 years old and currently concerned with my lifestyle. I exercise at least once a weak for like an hour most weeks I do it multiple times. I also ride my bike, walk, or bus it to work. I consider myself healthy, however I have been having stomach problems for over a year. I've visited Doctors and they all say its cause I am overweight. I understand my weight will impact my health, But I do not know how to eat correctly and with so many convenient "unhealthy" choices surrounding me I just don't know what to do. That is why I am joining MFP I hope this community will help me keep better track of what I consume and help me get to the healthy lifestyle I want to achieve. I know this may not cure my "sickness" I even have one. But at least I will understand better what is preventing me from burning the weight that may be causing my problems.
