good morning everyone...
today is not a good day for me. my little one didn't let me workout this morning. it was a flop. i hate mornings like this.:sad: my breakfast was healthy and i logged it. i logged my exercise, my 20 minutes of it. i intended to do 45 minutes a day.
hopefully tomorrow will be better.

    It's alright, at least you got 20 minutes.

    I am a little bleck today too. I am sick...I can hardly swallow.
    I am hoping to still get in some kind of a workout today (cause I HAVE to workout or I get jiggly again).

    Just keep an eye on your calories, even if you can't get in the rest of your workout doesn't mean the whole day is shot.
