Jullian Michaels Protein Powder???

So I feel like I am not getting enough protein in my diet. So I think I might try Jillian Michaels Whey Protein Powder before and after I work out OR first thing in the morning. I have been researching different protein powders ( soy vs whey, what's right for women, etc.) and I find this one will work? What do you guys think? Are there any better protein powders out there?

  • I have been using this protein powder for a bit but am almost out. I am looking at some other types as her's seems to have a much lower protein content (15 g.) than some of the others. I am looking at 100% Whey and EAS because they have a higher content.

    I am currently trying to take in 1 gram of protein for every pound I weigh...so the protein powder helps me get there for less calories than having to eat more chicken, tuna or eggs throughout the day when I eat them at each meal....

    I do like the taste of the Jillian Michael's brand though... :o)
