My name is Deena and I am 21 (almost 22). I am one of those people who knows a lot about proper nutrition and exercise (after years of books, DVDs, articles, doctors, etc.)...and yet, somehow turning knowledge into progress just doesn't work out. I've had personal training that helped me lose almost 20lbs just before my 21st birthday of last year (2010) and that felt amazing, but **my butt's bigger than my budget** and I couldn't afford it. :embarassed:
I figured I could take all that I learned in those 8 weeks and use it at the gym myself but as we all know, when it comes to weight loss it's easier said than done. I've been good about maintaining my weight since then, but am looking to lose more and get down to a happy, healthy and hot body.
Anyway, friends would be nice  because opening up about everything and having support always makes it easier, that's what helped me during personal training I'm sure. Good luck to all of us!
