Just found this site a few days ago as a Android app. I am at 315 and hope to get down to 200. I have tried dieting and excercise before, but didn't have much luck. I believe that I can and will achieve my goal this time

    It's easy to do (and addictive) once you get in the right mind set.

    I was 245 when I started and set a goal to be at 210 in 7 months (by my birthday).... well, it took me about 2 months to reach my goal, and now I've dropped the target to 170, also by my birthday.

    Hit it hard at the start and take pride in the big numbers you'll be losing - it's a big confidence booster and helped me to keep going (even though I'm now only dropping 1-2 lbs a week)
