in Introduce Yourself
I actually cameacross this site searching for something else a week or s ago and decided to join. I find having other people who can identify with the struggles of weight loss is therapeutic and it's nice to have the support of some amazing people on a forum like this :) I'm 30 and I'm from just north of Seattle. I'm originally from St. Louis MO. I have 3 amazing kids and an amazing fiance. He's my workout buddy so I have support with him but he doesn't understand that as a female my body chemistr doesn't work quite like his LOL..... Anyway I wanted to introduce myself and I hope to joinin converstions with you all soon :)
