Cayenne: side effects? Not for the squeemish.

I started taking cayenne capsules last week. I immediately found they weren't kidding about taking with meals, the reflux was terrible without something in my stomach. I have only very mild reflux now, but I'm wondering about the rest of the GI tract. Does cayenne effect the bowls? Could my cramping and frequent , semi-liquid BM's be from the cayenne or is it a touch of the the stomach bug my Mom had just over a week ago? :blushing: Just wondering about others experiences and what works.
TIA! :flowerforyou:

I've taken cayenne tablets before, but I took it with plenty of water. It is also best for some people to take it in the evening because it might make you drowsy. I would recommend doing additional research in it though.0
